My channels are freezing two...i watch for about 20 seconds and it freezes for about 5 to 7 seconds. Over and over.

i have the same problem, vod no work after a while there is no explanation for this problem

Which channels are freezing?the ones i watch have been freeze free except for H2.

On mine i just tried 350 and 318 both were freezing.

How are you connecting (hard wired or wifi)? What is your setup? Is it all channels or just certain ones? Hopefully we might be able to figure out what's happening with the info you provide.

Work good for the first week I had its!! Then they did maintenance, hasn't work right sent.
