I am unable to do a reset on Papiao on my Mag 254 I enter everyting and then when asked I check reset and it doesn't reset.
Also on my Settings under "Localization" Language- English
Country- Cannot enter anything
City- Cannot enter anything
Time Zone- America-New York
Then: Units? - Metric or Imperial
Please help

Disconnect power for a few minutes, is easy and first thing to try for database errors.

I did not understand the other part about reset does not work, so I left that alone.

The website function ?
Or the reset on the mag STB ? And if website, why not ?
