    Last time they promised compensation they honored it so with that said that's great news! Great catch this will atleast put members at ease knowing that they will be taken are of.

    I just checked my account on the Papio site and NO time has been added to My account!
    I'll believe it when I see it.

    They just announced it!!!! Last time they did it they added it after they got the system up and running!! Would you rather them get us up and running or go through everyone's account and add the days now and not get us up and running again??? What would you prefer?

    Bad enough yet think we're lying cause we gave them a time line .

    Reseller compasation ...

    what about reseller ? are we getting that compesation to our costumer i have client that are asking me about the down service
