south american channels are very choppy with stalker client 17.1

I am using 17.1 with PVR stalker client.
now many south american channels are very choppy.
they used to be ok but since last few weeks it is almost unable to watch.
especially telemundo channel.
any setting I can change to make it better?
most of english channels are fine, but south american channels are having problems.

any help?
