Experiencing from weird to weirder issue my brand new Dreamlink T1 Plus

Hi folks,
I already own a Dreamlink T1, it's working great with it's own donation.

In regard to the T1 Plus, I already have a second donation code for it. Original, after going through the basic setup, whenever I tried to connect to server, the screen showed 'Service is not available.' After attempting all kinds of remedies to try to resolve this issue to not avail, I decided to do a 'Factory reset'. Now it's actual worst, the STB refuses to save the server's url.

Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the 3rd or forth server..........instead of the first one................
