received donation email ,portal but portal is not in donation checker only shows N/A?

Hello guys i ordered a new donation from papiao , receive the email as usual with portal , order# & donation but now i dont see portal in the donation checker , i cant seem to add it either ,i emailed them with the info, any help would be greatly appreciated thx in advance...

ok they just added it ill try an see if chs load....(using an 8 core android with android 6.0 kod 17.1 , stalker 2.8.3) , tried to reset iptv but it says "cannot process this request right now"

ok it reset the iptv and i restarted kodi but still getting authentication failed retrying....(server address) on portal http://p2.iptvprivateserver.tv/c/index.html i also tried http://p1.iptvprivateserver.tv/c/index.html and still get authorization failed retrying (kodi 17.1 stalker client 2.8.3) , has anyone had success in channels loading with kodi 17.1 stalker client 2.8.3?

ok didnt seem to find anything there helpful , sofar ive tried both the new p1 & P2 url , donation came with p2.iptvprivateserver.tv , reset iptv , reset kodi , unplugged box , still getting auth failed retrying...maybe its a conflict with kodi 17.1 and android box? my 2 other androids are loading fine kodi 16 same settings same url..new p1
