after updating mag254 to r17 i would like to go back to r14 or r11,but i dont know how to do it, so can it be done safely and where can i find directions on how to do it?. i have looked around the forum but have not found how to do it. any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

You can go back a few revisions. I backed up to R-14. Go to inner portal settings. Go to the software update area. Then highlight the version in the box and arrow right. Should see the last couple releases there. After picking what you want then "Update" as usual. Box will reboot when done. Hope this helps. Have a great day!

When they are working on the system, it's not the best time to judge any firmware. One can't tell if it is the box or the servers. Just my humble opinion. Have a great day!

Tall guy ,When you say it was working fine before the update to the r-17 file. What do you mean exactly by working fine. Also explain what happened after you upgraded to the r-17 file. Also did everything start working fine again after I assume you reverted back to the earlier file which is ? thanks
