Do you think getting different itv box (newer one and different model) could fix the problem?
well truefully, that TvOnline Stalker app does seem to have issues with the service connection.
I can not say that this is the reason here thou.
I seldom have issues with the TvOnline application running on a couple avovs I have here(VixoFuse and TvOnline4k).
I seldom have issues with any device or playlist method here thou.
Problems are stemming from connecting the IP to the service thru that route and that may not be a TvOnline issue at all. I just do not know for certain one way or other.
Some have tried a VPN and then it worked, but VPN are slow and cost money for a trusted one. But if that VPN works then it does tell us that this is an IP issue (connection thru a set IP type thing is what I mean).
You could try some settings in your router.
Try changeing the device IPs that are set in the IP reservations (or something like that).. You would have to research that to see what that is all about.

Once you are able to get back onto your route at the website and if you still can not get a Playlist, send me a message befoer you get past your daily limit again. I can get your playlist and then send it to you thru other means. But I can only do that if your 3 tries limit has not exceeded.
Then at least you will have the Playlist in hand. And maybe can get it working thru Simple iptv application (which your avov has onboard in it's Channel Store).

Since i've been trying all this morning to get that play list without any progress, could you try and get that playlist for me. Then I can see if by simple itpv I can get some live tv and vod.
