im trying to gain knowledge.. and this term is used quite often..from what i see in post when iptv is down , iptv stalker is working .. im trying to find out whats the difference and why wouldnt it be all in one instead of seperate... i am a rookie

the stalker app is an emu to allow android boxes to use IPTV/Ott service...that's about it in a nutshell...keep reading..
