NO VOD on dol ?

I am not getting and vod movies to load at all using dol,,, anyone know why,,,,, I have unplugged T1 and plugged back in but still no go ?

Just has the spinning wheel of death sitting there trying to load

does no one here have any ideas why some people including myself are not getting any vod using dol.. spinning wheel and sitting there saying loading on all movies

it was working fine a week ago,,, using rocket

any help here would be appreciated

guys when I check my rocket subscription it says under playlist "Sorry but playlist option is not available for those using MAC Address authentication"

when using dol I have to use my mac address,,,, what does this mean and does it have anything to do with not getting vod right now with dol?

VoDs may be down due to server changes. Some have reported that there were errors if you were using a "Donation only" account on Potato TV.

With the new server updates, there are two types of accounts, either using MAC and Donation for authentication, or just the Donation. Since you are using a T1, you do need a MAC. But in any case, the VoDs have been up and down in the last couple of weeks, probably due to server work, however some on different servers have been getting VoDs. NFPS is kind of a mixed bag, because they might have not completed their conversion for all of their portals.
