difference between fibreop and rogers

I have two mag 254,s...I am with rogers and they both will work at my house....but when I take them to my daughters they will not work....she has fibreop with bell....they work before the week-end before the big shut down with but will not work with fibreop now

ok ever try and reset router then turn mag on and set it up for Ethernet may have your old ip address
