My BLue Button is not working ?!!

Hi everyone,

The Blue button on my remote control on my T1 box( to pick favorite channels) is not working anymore...it was fine few days ago, but not now...I was wondering if its me and my box or everyone else is having this problem ?!

Go to settings and then pick a channel and then press the blue button.

Thanks Shoma, but there are no channels in the "Settings" that I can pick ?!

When you exit out of DOL to where you can choose "Live TV', "VOD" and "Settings", if you choose "Settings", it takes you to your screen to choose your server. You should see all the channels down the right side of the screen. Scroll to the channel you want to favorite and hit the blue button.

Ok after the last update I am no longer able to sort by my favorites. I can add channels to my favorites but there's no longer a way to only show favorites. Anyone know how to fix this because I don't need to be seeing 100s of other channels in different languages.

So nobody has an issue with just being able to sort or only show your favorites???

Honestly, no. Since the last update, I can easily program favourites and sort them again. No issues. Sorry.

How do you sort channels to only show your favorites on the epg?

Press Group button on the remote and then you can choose Fav, English etc what ever you like.
