prob not ur remote..since update this weekend..volume is now so low that you can barely hear it with the tvs volume turned up to 100..I had to use my surround sound system on almost maximum volume to hear any shows i watched yesterday

EDIT: my remote was set to turn volume up&down on tv, even though in inner portal it showed box was to start at 100% volume..it wasnt.volume was reset to low after update.I reset my remote..turned volume up on MAG..then set it up to control tv volume again.My problem solved
