Can't get donation to work. I've been using a regular donation based account for 6 months with no issues. I recently got a reseller account for my buddies and I. I went into potato, reset to defaults, added my donation, set my time zone, did ok, and rebooted.

I tried to clear caches but all I get is authentication errors. I setup and activated all the donations a week ago. Are reseller donations different in any way?

them reseller donations are only different in that you give a client ID to the user. That client ID takes place of the order number, so you do not have to give that order number out to all your clients.
But if you have access regardless, it should work.

Thanks for the explanation....after following your latest clarification my epg is back....guess this is some sort of way to reset Potato...exactly what I was looking for.

Does anyone know what is the difference between Pach and Viper epgs? Im on Pach now and missing epg for the uk channels...

Pach (Euyulio's Guide) is more Spanish with some US.
Yahyabell (Viper's Guide) is US/UK with some Spanish and a little Cdn.

Hi .. i dont know if this is the correct spot to add this but i am stumped..

I am running kodi 17.3 on a zoomtak box and i keep getting booted out of live tv after about 1 min.

I have tried disabling simple iptv client and running live tv through potatotv and it still boots me out

F4M TESTESTER is installed
RTMP INPUT is enabled
INPUT STREAM ADAPTIVE is enabled

This is a new box as i could not upgrade from kodi 16 on my other box... sad thing is live tv worked on that one..

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This happens on all channels (you've tested)? If so, you might try disabling video acceleration:

System > Video > Acceleration > Disable the items
