Can anyone show instructions on how to use IPTV 66 on Kodi 17.1 since Stalker went down.

I can really use complete instructions with photos of Kodi 17.1 also.

I tried using Stalker Client that's built in to 17.1, yet it's not working.

Finally after almost a month I got mine to work. windows 8.1 with Kodi 17.1 did not work all month now I only have 3 days left on my donation.
I had tried everything at least a dozen times and nothing worked, I read and read and tried everything, then all the sudden about 15 minutes ago it started working. still missing the adult channels though.
