IPTV Providers - All the same ??

On the forum I see that the only IPTV providers suggested are:
NFPS
or Rocket
or IPTV66

I gather only IPTV will do month to month. I see many resellers online selling 1 day trials, monthly & yearly access.
So are ALL of them just selling the exact same IPTV service from IPTV66/NFPS/Rocket at different prices/donations ?
The next question: Is there any real difference in quality & content between these three providers ? AND are these 3 the ONLY paid sources for IPTV we can use ?
Looked at many previous posts but couldn't find the answer. If they are posted please give links to adirect me to the posted answers.

The offering on the three servers are the same. Configuration is different though. We don't discuss other providers on this site.
