Totally down - nothing works - please please help

I have followed all posts that have been given to me. Simple Client worked for 1 day and stopped working. All channels stopped streaming. Used all my resets yesterday and asked for help to override the maximum resets, but no answer. Today, tried rest one time, result was no Simple Client. Went back to using a Mac address to get extreme codes back. Extreme Codes will not open, I get several different errors when looking at log files; URL open error timed out plus many more. It will not open. Have used my limit of resets again with not having the ability to watch TV. I am paying for a service that has not worked since the server change. Again, please respond asap. No matter what I do now is pointless without the ability to reset.
