Still problems with "Favs"

The only problem I have with Fav is that sometimes all the Fav channels disappear and I have to Fav all channels again that I previously did which saved before but now is lost. Seem that especially happens when they working or doing something to the server.

Too bad they don't backup your Fav channels when do something to the server or when you change from old to new donation number.

I don't have the issue your having and the favs seem to have been corrected. The only issue now is that they cannot be moved using the blue button.
The only suggestion I have is to reboot the device and not just the portal.
I sometimes do a hard boot which is done by unplugging the power to the Mag and plugging it back in.
This will also reboot the device. Hope this solves your issue.

Hey chasing... are you saying your Mag works like normal?
Yellow fav button works normal and the blue move button is working?
Both do not work since the last upgrade for me.

yes, favs button works properly,, & blue 'move button,works as intended.. issues seem to be with rocket server upgrade, which nfps hasn't done yet..

I'm on NFPS so they haven't fixed the F4 "blue button" yet? I'm on R17
