Copy m3u file to a usb flash drive and go to Inner Portal or Embedded Portal highlight Home Media section, click ok with remote to display list there and play it .

thanks Zhong. I am trying to download the playlist, so I copied the url I got from searching my rocket but I get page cannot be displayed and no option to download?
