Power off the device or disconnect from internet and go to the server website and change that last few digts of the MAC address to some random digits and save as that, (digits can be, 0 thru 9 and/or A thru F)
Then perform an IPTV Reset there at the website and exit the site.
Then wait about 10 minutes.
Then go and replace your original MAC address and another reset and then do not connect your device just yet.
Wait about 10 minutes again.
Then power up and connect.

I did this and it worked right away but I have a reseller account .

I guess you people here have no experience with hacking TV, because if you did you would accept that this is just one of those thuings that happens from time to time. The mods are doing all they can and we need to show a little patience. They are doing all they can to help us! ok finally got it up and running this morning with the unplug router for a bit and noticed when I did that my sever went back to my old donation so changed it to new one again so check it before u connect to server hope that helps

Unplug your router for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
Then wait about 10 minutes.
Then go and replace your original MAC address and another reset and then do not connect your device just yet.
Wait about 10 minutes again.
Then power up and connect.
Ensure your device has recognized the internet connection.

That is great news to hear. I got mine working too. I don't understand how your server went back to your old donation ? You didn't change it yourself did you ? Was your old donation inactive or still active ? If inactive it shouldn't be changing back right because it should be automatically unlinked as soon as it expires and you can edit anything and save it anymore, right ?

url went back to 11 they linked my new donation to 22 but when I went to connect after I did the fix it went back to 11 I noticed it before I connected to server
