Papiao changed my donation number , and told me to try again but when I booted up my Mag 254 it still says-
"Your stb is blocked call the provider".

I e-mailed them about this and they told me to put in Use the new Donation number as Login and Password, but how do I enter this in if no prompt screen appears when I boot up my Mag 254 ?

And I heard the new upgraded system doesn't use Login and Password, just Mac address when you link it to your donation.
Is this true ?

so a week now no service just tried it again this morning with no avail

That's probably they themselves from "Papiao" have no idea how to fix it.
I didn't get any reply from them either from my last e-mail asking where I should put the username and password if the prompt doesn't appear after loading my Mag 254 and I get "Your stb is blocked call the provider". They should know better then to tell me to put in username and password, since I understand here that the new system don't use username and password but just the Mac address which is linked to your donation number from what I heard from users of stb Mag boxes here from this forum. So we know more than they do, right ?
I think they don't test with Mag boxes themselves if it works or not , but rely on us to test it for them and give them feedback. So we should actually be compensated for helping them testing it out. Otherwise this problem should have been fixed by now.
