I don't use my mag250 all the time but today I put it on and I'm now getting the STB blocked call provider.
I read all the posts and I'm guessing still no fix?

The new work around does not work for me. I got my new username and password 5 days now and I have tried everything and no luck.

just got an answer on email from papiao only took 3 days and this was there fix and yes I tried did it work no!!!!!
Your MAC Address has been linked to your Donation, please set this
22.iptvrocket.tv as your IPTV Portal at your box and check.

I have tried to set my ITPV Portal at 11.iptvrocket.tv, p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/, and 22.iptvrocket.tv. Still blocked!!!

STB Blocked issues
Power off the device or disconnect from internet and go to the server website and change that last few digts of the MAC address to some random digits and save as that, (digits can be, 0 thru 9 and/or A thru F)
Then perform an IPTV Reset there at the website and exit the site.
Then wait about 10 minutes.
Then go and replace your original MAC address and another reset and then do not connect your device just yet.
Wait about 10 minutes again.
Then power up and connect and check for results.

My box is blocked by server and even after an iptv reset i still have the same issue can somebody please help me.

I already tried the steps below 2 times:

Then wait about 10 minutes.
Then go and replace your original MAC address and another reset and then do not connect your device just yet.
Wait about 10 minutes again.
Then power up and connect.
THE RESULT IS YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL PROVIDER!
