as it would be nice to know I am not only one with this prob as this is day 5 of being down

and it should say blocked provider will get around to fixing it sometime lol

mods on her tried everyt hing and no go for me and I do thank them 2.0 tried and big daddy also tried with no avail

2.0 sent the administrator a email and do thank him very much for that but still not working would be nice to get a time line so I guess we just sit and wait very frustrating

Are you using Mag 254 ? It says that it was "blocked call provider" after I booted up after my doantion expired.
But not a single person in this forum, here knows the solution to this problem including 2.0, who has no idea how to get it unblocked and get the prompt screen for username and password to enter new donation number when I P.M. 2.0 .

well I have a year at 120.00 well not any more as it keeps ticking away they have that working

Yeah they should credit back the time of our donation from which it started not working to be fair or freeze the time from ticking away from our donation when they fixing something and service not working properly.
For I have a feeling they are not going to fix everything anytime soon back to normal.
