Avov Tv Online+ a dead weight

I tried to re-set the box at least 10 times by depressing the button on the back and turning on the box at the same time, but nothing.
I was asked to e-mail Avov at [email protected] which I did but since the box was bought 14 months prior they said the warranty was only good for 12 months from purchase, so I guess this box is just a dead-paper weight, you can not really re-set it.

I have tried re-setting the box like suggested by depressing the re-set button when the power was unplugged then plugging power back while holding down re-set button all I see is AVOV on screen nothing else and the box has a red and blue light that are constant
