if so, i tried changing to new address to http://s1.iptv66.tv/c/ and resetting iptv from iks66.com but still not able to connect through stalker client.
xtream iptv doesn't work either .
what else should i be trying to do now?

The tutorial will be reviewed, once NFPS is converted. Some have added "index.html" to the end of the portal url to get it to work.
