    Guess it is now a waiting game. We've been through hiccups before. Hopefully they will get it all sorted out soon.

    ..they almost, always do things assbackwards..never realize how it affects the customer, unless the complaints come flying in, then and only then do they put out announcement, after the fact, they are sorry... just have a gut feeling about this one,might be a while before we get back to normal

    Got reply back from papiao. Said they had reset but still same problem. I even tried new portal but still same. With all my boxes going down at same time must be server end. Just have to wait awhile.

    If you have this problem ..do this:turn off box...Go to rocket site and (check rockets)..Fill in your information...Then click on (change IPTV mac address)change your mac address to a fake one (i changed the last 4 digits of mac to make it fake) ..Then(submit)......after the site confirms the change then change it back to your mac address(pressing submit again).channels should be back...also I leave my box on all the time.so don't power it off when it starts working again....

    Ok I got service working on KODI 17 w/stalker client using url http://p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/ after resetting iptv & changing mac, But I was using iptv stalker plus lite 1.1.0 because it has vod. Has anybody got the stalker plus lite working & if so how. There is no place for url only mac or ip.
