You will need a device to do it....Android box, MAG, AVOV, Dreamlink, etc. Some are quite inexpensive and easy to set-up.

But my Sony I have the IPTV STALKER app does it work directly on the app with out Kodi???

i would say no to that one unless its a apk you can load or they made one for that tv

If the TV is an Android version, it can if you install Kodi.
