    download the zipped file to desktop, insert zip drive in puter, move file just as it is in zipped format to zip drive and follow BIO's instructions...the file works fine..been verified..

    I have tried with both files, copied them to a usb unplug the box and restart does not get any message to upgrade firmware
    .

    stop roll and listen read up what you have first a avov1 box or a avov tvonline box not the same

    If you have build 1.0.08: get the file
    **Rembmer: do not extract any of the “update.zip” file, just copy it over

    only put the file for your build # on the drive, follow the directions exactly, there is no need to reboot until whole process is finished
