email them at 6 am eastern time , not answer and still STB BLOCK, I been with rocket since the beginning but I will like to said that I get a better response o customer service with other providers, don't get me wrong I like rocket I know is a lot of issues and people that want to be happy, but to release my STB OR MAG however you want to call it should be easy, has been more o close to 24 hours with the same issue , nobody has nothing to said?
your MAC itself is not blocked, you would not be able to link it to donation at all if it was blocked.
Chances are it is being blocked thru the ISP or DNS.....
Try a VPN service and see if it connects that way, if it does then the answer is not the MAC being blocked but one of the above would be reason.

you may be right, because I'm able to connect to rocket server and watch those channels with no problem, but when I restart portals and tried to go to a different provider is when the blue screen that said your STB is block by your provider come out, any suggestion at what to do? basically I want to use one device with 2 different providers, help please thanks
so, I will understand my mag is not block because I see one server but happen with the other one ? will these mean that I'm going to have a box for each different provider?
BTW the other provider is a paid acc not a demo.
Problem solved,just change mac adress and use 1 mag wth 2 providers ,
