    Problems getting approved for new routes

    Hello, can some one help me out please! Ive been trying to renew or buy new routes for my satellite. Every time i do so, it tells me that please contact my bank. I did all of that and they said everything is fine..

    Can someone assist me as to what i need to do to be able to purchase my routes

    i have never seen that message to contact bank before.

    Did you get any order numbers or anything else ?

    okay, there has been no transaction completed thru your email , nothing recent anyway. I do see your old expired code but that is all.
    I do not know why it is not working for you.

    No my card has not expired. I went to the bank yesterday and they assured me that my card is working. I tried it again and saw the bank order No 734372112 Please contact bank

    can you try a different payment gateway. There are 3 of them that can choice from

    Hi..Ive been using my card to buy routes for over 3 years and have used it for international uses.
