you are correct floder, but I think they are talking about device IDs and stuff floder, not the Rocket number.

ah ha! perhaps this is your problem, incorrect server url format it is different depending what version of kodi you are using see dara's sticky:

The answers to all of your questions were provided in the URL I gave you on the first page, including setting up your portal correctly. Walk through the tutorial step-by-step, following the directions exactly and it will work.

You will need to do an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker once everything is configured correctly.

floder2 the device2 and signature don't really matter you can put 5 letters and 1 number just so they won't be blank thats what i did on mine and now its working fine
