Cannot renew a suscription - help needed

I have a few boxes (avov). One particular subscription I have tried 4 times to renew it without luck. The "for sale" counter had been deducted 4 time and still the donation has not been updated. The message "renewal success" shows up but the donation still shows a few days left. I wrote email for help (help@papiao) 4 times and I still do not have any answer. Bottom line This problem has caused spending 4 "for sale" units and still the donation had not been updated. only 4 days left on it. Can somebody help on this?

what am i doing wrong?

when did the original order expire ?
Looks like it is not recognising your old order.
Have you entered the correct information with no mistakes, such as any blank spaces that may have been entered by mistake (front or end of a password).

Is it feesable for you to go with a new order , maybe ?
