It should work i just used it a couple days ago with international card and all worked fine

I am experiencing that same problem. To this date, no solution.

My card is international standard, plus it can be used to buy anything online. But I am not able to buy my routes for my satellite, which is very strange because Ive never had this problem before and my bank said my card is not blocked.

All orders go thru the chosen gateway, then to the service administration.

Some times its an issue with the gateway that are being used for the payment

I do not experience that.
It is up and running most always. I do not remember the last time it has been down.
