Cannot make donation

Not sure if i a in the right place but i cannot make a donation. I keep getting error messages such as this one:

Are you using a credit card that you can do international purchase? If not you need to call your card customer service and authorize the charge

Make sure the card is approved for international purchases.
Make sure there is enough money on the card to cover the exchange rate.
Try a different gateway, and try a different email address.

I am using a card that I use practically every day on ebay, amazon and many other sites. I am lost and dont know what to do. I contacted my bank and they do not see any attempts to take the funds. They say it is a generic code that the site uses. but they see no transaction attempts on their end

its gotta be a card issue Nexxtron or a gateway issue with the card.
Have you tried a different gateway ?
I think there are 3 to choose from.

All Three gave me three different errors. I will try again on Monday.

The card many be used everyday on eBay, Amazon and other sites but trust me it needs the ability to make international purchase.. I know someone who had the same issue and they went crazy trying to figure it out as they said the same as you and that they used it everyday on sites like you mentioned. The issue ended up being that the card could not do international purchases without calling the bank and telling them you are going to make an international purchase and you authorize the charges. Also is this a prepaid bank card? Do you have say over $200 in the account that your trying to purchase your donation with??

I will contact the bank on Monday and see if there is something that can be done. Even though I contacted them already and he did not have a solution for me.
