AVOV VIXO 2 no powering up ? Single gren flash then nothing on power insert

I get a single green light flash on and then off and no power up when I insert the power cord. The box is black. I have it on a power strip and there is no response to the paperclip reset, Any ideas what is going on ?
    Thanks

    unplug power
hold reset with that paperclip and and powering up while still holding reset

    try that

The box now works but the display light (red/green) is not working. I did the paper clip reset as suggested. Not sure if it was always the lights. Did they burn out ? Thoughts ? So, box works but no on/off indicator light in front of the box.

    Thanks

My AVOV2 gamer model the LED light went out the very first weeks of use. I almost sent it back thinking other things would also go wrong. But it is almost 2 years old still works well. Its just the on off indicator it should be fine in my opinion.

Thanks all. It would be nice to know that the unit is on/off but I guess I'll just have to check. The good thing is it works !!!
