Newbie problems

I am new at iptv. I have always be a iks guy. I decided to go iptv since I bought a m8s box.
I then decided to buy the pass iptv plus iks. Then the problems started.
I have to admit I might be doing something wrong.
I have my iks box* in one side of the house and my iptv on the other side. Can they both run with this code? How can I do this?
What code should I use if they are two different boxes.
As of now when I bought the code I inserted into* my iks and it worked, but once I went to the site to activate the code for the iptv then my iks did not work.

Any help on this please.

OK it is not.... so I might be doing something wrong. So here is my question.
I know my iks have a mac code and I know the m8s box has another, by the way I am using the m8s with a emu mag 250 and is working with the mac from the emu, but my iks does not work.
Should I be using the mac code from my iks box instead and insert the same Mac of the iks to my emu mag 250 in the ms8 box?

the MAC is just an iptv thing, it does not concern or affect the iks part.

You had the iks running already, correct ? Then you have the correct setup for that as is.

Does your fta box show as connected in the server menu ?

That is exactly my concern, ever since i inserted the mac address for my iptv for the m8s which is working right now then my "linkbox 8000 iks box only" stopped working, it shows on the server side that is disconnected.

or could it be because i have the m8s wire and the linkbox 8000 thru wifi?

i am sorry for so much problems, I garantee you once this is well set up I will be of some help in the future. i have being dealing with all these set ups for many years now, is a matter of getting to know this one now, jijiji sorry
