yes and works pretty good on windows 7, intel nuc.
I found it easier to get my bearings by changing the skin to confluence and once i got the pvr and video working i switched back to the default estuary skin and it works very well.
it carries over all the settings from jarvis so basically all i had to do was "enable" the pvr stalker addon.
