Changing WiFi Information/Disabling WiFi on 254

I can't find a place to edit or disable WiFi in the system settings — I've recently managed to get a wired connection ready, but the box still wants to connect to WiFi (which is very slow in our house). I've disabled the box in my router's settings, but it still wants to connect through wireless and so it just hangs trying to find a wireless connection. I've tried going through every setting and searching online, but haven't found anything helpful. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks!

I do not think there is an off or on function with either. Mag should just recognize the wired connection, I thought.

    Try this...
In System Settings -- Network Info, enter both Wired and Wireless options and once in, refresh the connection, or non-connection in your case.

Refresh button is very bottom right on remote

Thanks — I just ended up disabling the 2.4ghz band on the router/rebooted and it's working again.
