Help no access

My friend has passed me on his box to try and sort for him, he got a sub from IPTV rocket in September and now when he boots the box up he just gets an authentication message. It ask for his login and password. When he enters his donation # (which is 13 digits) for both he gets error. As recommended in other posts I have tried to to reboot but goes back to the same authentication screen. The MAC Address on the box when I go into settings is the same as on the email he received and what is on the bottom of the mag250. I have tried using his donation number to enter the various websites that are mentioned but nothing appears to work. Has he been scammed.

Try doing an iptv reset. See if that helps.

your donation number i believe is only 12 numbers that you were sent from papio

yes, you have posted in the Rocket forum, but a 13 digit donation number is an iptv66.com code

@ Frankie G - if you mean going to the website then the details i have from the e-mail he has after signing up for 12 months does not allow me access, if someone can explain th eprocess then appreciate.<br><br>@ duhhud - the number on the e-mail definitely is 13 digits long it appears like this in the e-mail Donation M: 659******9795<br><br>his email is from [email protected] and he signed up on September 28th<br><br>any help would be appreciated and thanks for your replies.<br><br>thanks again <br>the ninja

It explains the log-in procedure for the iptv66 site and your account.

That rocket-iptv email is not iptv66.com email. It looks like a reseller , and he could sell rocket and iptv66, that would not be a surprise.
