New EPG Option -open discussion

This is a large step forward for the EPG. I have some questions though. If the info is cached why does the guide go through its start up routine? Is this in the stalker code or just how Kodi works ? Is it possible to skin the EPG I for one am color blind and the EPG looks quite odd to me. Not bitching just asking.

Hey guys what would be the .ren and .chl for let's say History HD or SyFy HD? Can't seem to get it going for the new line up of HD channels. Ilan? Ex? Viper?

I dont think there is HD version of those channels yet

so I got it all working on my work PC, thanks to all, this is awesome.
I did new install of KODI 17, setup my credentials, channels populate but guide does not.
I am getting stalker could not load guide. channels work, come in NP.
tried clearing data, both ways, tried re-installing, nothing.
any help would be appreciated.

Does everyone loose their EPG at some time during the day? I seem to loose it everyday at around 3pm (mountain time), it does come back the next day. I have tried resetting kodi, clearing the data in the General and Guide tabs in Kodi TV-Settings, still no update.

In the Guide tab I have the Days to Display set to 3 days, and the Update Interval set to 705 Min. In the Stalker Client addon, I have the Guide preference set to XMLTV Only, Cache Guide Data enabled, the Cache time set to 48 hrs, Scope set to Remote URL and the Remote URL set to hxxp:/yahyabell.com (note: the 2 xx's in hxxp are actually tt).

Is this happening to everyone or is there something that I am doing wrong here?
