can't Check My Donation Number

I purchased my donation from a retailer, it stopped working. I do not have his email and other information associated with the donation. How Can I check it without this additional information.

I am now having the same issue. I use to be able to check on my donation information but now it requires and email or other information that was never provided to me by the person I purchased the box from. What do I do? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

why not answer gregs question , before reposting the same post ?

Your reseller should have gaven you a Client ID, it is his responsibility to do that. He creates this Client ID, one for each of his clients.
This has been like this for some time, it is not new.

Send me your donation number and what ever else you have and I may be able to find the Client ID
