if things work at another place with different isp, but not there, then how can this be a server issue ? Can you not do any deductive reasoning ?

If the server has stored your son's ISP as the default IP address, then it will work there. When you go home, you are using a different ISP. You'd need to do an IPTV Reset to get things working at home.

Like dara said it is internet problem turn everything off unplug rooter for a minute or two
then use your box with wired internet preferably you might be lucked out for 24 hours
from your last reset and by the way you don't need to do that i move my box around and it is ok
