Cursor arrow in middle of screen ??

Hi guys running a mag 256 what the problem is when I go into setting inner portal and utube I get a cursor arrow head right in the middle of the screen ..I have no idea how to get rid of it only to restart the box..thanks

press the button on the mag 254 remote the one that has mouse symbol on it that should turn it off

I don't know if it's different but I have a 256 and 4 the life of me I cannot see a mouse symbol on it..thanks

I can confirm that this bug is affecting me too. MAG256 with latest firmware. It works great, up until you enter the YouTube app. As soon as it starts, a white "mouse cursor/icon" ends up in the middle of the screen.

There seems to be no way to control the cursor (try to move it into bottom corner but no go), and I cannot turn it off either.

The MAG256 remote control is different than the 254 and 250. I see no mouse button on my remote either. Pressing any button doesn't help.


Think its a bug that needs to get fixed on the Infomir side of things.

try plugin a mouse Wired /wireless. Not sour if your box has a USB good luck

thanks it work.....i guess they should package a mouse with the box..

Maybe try looking under settings to disable mouse
