why load stalker? Why not just enter your info in dreamonline?

The vendor asked me to load that and then he would supply the url password etc.

seems that your vendor does not know that the Dreamlink T1 does not need the Stalker application.
Check the link NBS posted there and you will find some direction for the T1

Also, make sure your vendor knows that you are using the T1 and it comes with its own unique MAC address which has the prefix of 00:1A:79
That is important because he may send you a MAC to use, but it will be 00:1A:78 and that would be wrong for the T1 and the server connection.
The MAC from your T1 must be used, tell him that.

make sure your date and time are correct
