HELP. Strange Mac Address Linked To My Donation!

Hi,
There is a strange mac address linked to my donation. My box is currently not working. It won't unlink. I have tried several times to unlink it but it wont unlink. I erased and saved, i get an error that the mac already exist. I also tried putting zeros and i also got mac already exist error message.
The question is, who and how did this happen and how can i regain my panel back?

Client has been on my case for a week now.

I thought this would be treated with urgency, considering it could be a security issue. But i am yet to hear from anyone or any admin about this..

that strange MAC address you see currently linked was my doing. I was trying a few things in order to get your correct MAC linked. But it did not work.
You should notice just the 3 zeros in the ending 6 digits are the digits changed.

Seems he has been having issues trying to remotely access what is needed to access.

Hello anybody have any information about this problem's fix yet?
Client is FURIOUS.
@Crazed2.0... Any word yet? Because this is very weird and strange.
Even if i tried to get a new donation, it would not link. Am stuck and client is also stuck.

I also sent another message to you know who. He is outta country still. But he has told me that service is being re-worked concerning some areas.
