Unable to access the login screen

Hi all,

I just got a new box. I am trying to put in a portal into the magbox but I'm unable to access anything I try to put in.

I tried 1.rocketserver.tv, I tried 1.rocketserver.tv:35911, what am I entering wrong?

I'm getting a 404 page or unable to access portal message everytime. Did I do it wrong or is this correct?

What is my Portal link?

The following was given to me:
