lost server connection

Does anyone now if new tv on line version support ivov I recievers,My have disconnect from server since,and have not able to connect ,so if any any one can help please? my server is iks or nfp.....the new says that fully compatible wit mag 250 ,but ignore ivov......

was this connected thru wifi or ethernet ?

Check in them menus and see what they say.
Disable wifi if using ethernet

At this very moment I using wifi.....ethernet off......

In Settings-Wifi,, do you have your network connected in the list? if you can not get it up a factory resset might help.
