you have to wait until they fix it
almost a month i need to get route they not tell you what to do
I have been in contact with administration about this and they are looking into things. It can be difficult thou without knowing what the gateways know concerning these transactions.
another option is to send the online gateway an email and inquire why the card is failing.
The gateways are payease or etc...
