Freezing alot

Just reinstalled Rasp 2 with OSMC
Got the iptv66 account and last 2 weeks this is constantly freezing or buffering

Is there still a problem or else my Rasp is the culprit??
Got. 12mp fiber. Speedtest is perfect at 13mbit


What else can I do. How to increase buffer on kodi?

It doesn't matter if you increase or not the Kodi's buffer. The problem is from their servers. During last few weeks there is a constant problem of freezing, regardless your internet speed. Do they do anything about it? Apparently not, nor you will get an explanation.

Why the most freezing and not connecting occurs during the evenings and especially in the weekend? Because of the maintenance issue?

No, the maintenance is underway to take care of/address the issue.

I agree... the last update "in the news and announcement" was 1/11/2016 and where I come from this is way too long to keep customers "in the dark". I understand we must be patient but they must also understand customers' frustration in the context of "business".
Most of us love the service and want to see it succeed but I think they need to improve on their "PR" at the very least.
