    Mode Not Supported

    Hey everyone got a problem I did a reset and erased data on my Mag 254 and when it booted on the TV screen I get Mode Not Supported how do I get past this when it says to change resolution on the external device any help.......thanks two-dogs

    unplug mag 254 press menu button on remote the one with 3 lines on it keep holding that button plug mag 254 to enter bios change tv resolution in the bios

    I have done that till I am blue in the face just wont go into the bios. After I did the erase data that is when I started my problem. Here is what I did, disconnected the power and then pushed on the menu and plugged the mag back in and that should take me to the bios but nothing happens. I was told that I can plug in to a computer using a usb cable and access it that way but I don't have a cable anything else I can try.........thanks......two-dogs

    If your using HDMI,try using the rca cable instead.

    There are no rca outlets on the Mag 254 where do you put the cables?

    Hey changedmy what is the connection on the back of the box called I have a rca cable and was wondering if I could just get an adapter for it but I need to know what it is called....

    You should of received the cable when you purchased the box.It is included with the accessories.
